Part 1    -   Specific Theory – 1 Hour 15 Mints

                 1 Question on Signing off a product or Duties of a Senior Welding Inspector + 3 out of 5

Part II    -   Weld Symbols (12 symbols) – 1 Hour

Part III -   Fracture Analysis (2 specimens) – 1 Hour

Part IV -   NDT Report Scrutiny (3 reports) – 1 Hour

Part V    -   Oral – 15 Mints

Following part of exam will not be covered in the class

Part VI   - Radiographic Film Interpretation ( 6 films) – 1Hour

Part VII  – Multi choice questions – Radiography (20 questions) – 30 Mints

Part VIII  - Sensitivity calculations (5 questions)

                   Densitometer Calibration (5 Readings)
